Bila Nak Kurus ni wei...

Owh nooo.. it has been 3 month since our the 'the biggest losers' between me, adek and adek's friends but i only lost 7 kg je..hahah.. but better laa dari dulu. Dulu turun mendadak, then when i started stop taking the supplementary, berat naik bagai di pump2. Now, i just maintain having the lecithin(jika perlu) and herblax if i feel nak detox. Alhamdulillah, with this new discipline yg tak beberapa discipline sgt as i cannot say no to nasi lemak at cafe bank islam sebelah office, i managed to ensure my weight tak naik sgt mcm dulu. Not bad laa kan. Nak dapat balik berat 6-7 tahun dulu, will take time but i believe i can do it ...wakakakak

Raya Haji is around the corner. I can fit the baju kurung that i bought kt Vietnam last month but tang tummy ni, i really need to do something. I keep thinking how dulu2 i managed to buat min 100 sit up a day but now, buat 10x pun dah bagai nak terkeluar segala isi perut. hahaha.. Faktor usia maybe?? haahah...alasan je tu.

Actually, apa yang penting. diri sendiri.  Kalau ada penyakit M tu, kene cuba buang. It is hard for me because of this MALAS disease. haishh....

Nak-nak, skang ni jerebu. No more activity jejalan di KLCC park. Mana tak nya, keluar je dari opis, nak bernafas pun macam susah. Gym? Gym kt umah dah laa jenis bukak tingkap, even kat rumah ni pun, almost every night kene semput, ini kan pulak nk ke gym. So tgu laa cuaca dah ok sikit baru p gym balik.

So, dok umah, kemas umah, buat keje berat2 sikit kasi peluh sikit2 je laa semetara waktu. Nanti dh ok sikit, tak batuk2 dh, boleh laa buat balik activity dulu2.
