Salam Ramadhan and Hi to all. As promised earlier, I would like to share my experience while staying at Puteri Pacific Johor. overall rating here is 3.5/5 .. A very friendly staff. Nice place to stay. Delicious food. and I will definitely stay here again if I come to Johor again. There is only 1 small issues happened during my stay. I did specifically requested for a non-smoking room but unfortunately the staff gave me the wrong room. After a full day 'excercise' at JPO, it would be great to soak my feet into the hot water. Sadly the water was not hot at all and comes with the brownish color. again I am disappointed. make a few calls and it took almost 2 hrs to resolved this.
at the end, after the frustation of the room conditions, the night shift manager called me and we were given free room upgrades. bigger room with better condition. Alhamdulillah...
overall I recommend this hotel..I love the breakfast buffet. nice food. the room comes with bath tub(must have if travelling with my sister).
